Delivery Charges:
Delivery is now usually the next day but can take up to 2 days to be posted. If we are unable to post for a set amount of time we will put a post on our homepage so please check the home page for information about postage.

Depending on the weight and the value of the items delivery charges will be between;

UK Prices for goods up to £20 value:
2nd class Royal Mail: £3.85 to £14.75
2nd class Royal Mail signed: £4.85 to £15.75
1st class Royal Mail: £4.50 to £17.00

1st class Royal Mail signed: £5.50 to £18.00

UK Prices for goods up to £50 value:
2nd class Royal Mail signed: £4.97 to £8.45
1st class Royal Mail signed: £5.40 to £18.75

UK Prices for goods up to £500 value:
1st class Royal Mail signed: £8.30 to £27.60

Due to weight restrictions we can only post items up to 2kg in weight to Europe and the rest of the world. If you order is over 2kg it is cheaper to place two orders with us.

Europe 
Prices for goods up to £25 value:
Royal mail: £7.15 to £13.05


Europe Prices for goods up to £50 value:
Royal mail: £11.25 to £13.60


Europe Prices for goods up to £250 value:
Royal mail: £13.75 to £16.10


Rest of the world Prices for goods up to £25 value:
Royal mail: £9.00 to £20.60


Rest of the world Prices for goods up to £50 value:
Royal mail: £10.00 to £22.00


Rest of the world Prices for goods up to £250 value:
Royal mail: £15.95 to £25.90

If you select a non signed for delivery option there is no tracking number and we are not liable for packages that do not arrive.

If a package does not turn up within one week please drop us a email so we can look into the matter (unless over seas). Royal Mail require us to give them the delivery time plus 10 working days before we can make a missing parcel request. You must allow us this time to claim for the package.

International deliveries are sent tracked however if you fail to provide the correct delivery address we are not liable. It is your
responsibility to make sure the delivery address is 100% correct. If the parcel comes back to us we can offer a refund on the items but not the postage. If the parcel is missing because of a incorrect delivery address (we find out through tracking) then there is nothing we can do on the matter. You will need to speak to the delivery company yourself about this.
