Bio
Started skating in 2002 when my brothers got some skates for xmas and I decided I wanted to have a go and ever since I’ve never stopped. Started to compete at the age of 12 and qualified 1st place at the AIL in Dallas, Texas where I placed 8th. Never liked competing and I still don’t to this day but I’ve learned over the years that its good for you, it keeps you pushing for better things! I’ve seen a good part of the world with my skates and Ive got my amazing sponsors to thank for that !

I have skated on and off for the last 15 years. I mainly skate street. I have grown up a stone's throw from the city center and I skate as much as I can when I get free time. Leeds is great for street skating we have spots all over the city and I have had the privilege over the years to skate with so many good rollerbladers from all over the U.K.

How long have you been skating for?
Around 15 years.
What is your safety trick?
Front porn/sunny day (whatever terminolgy you wish to use).
What is your current skate set up?
At the moment I am skating Aeons; one pair with the Lade team 57 reds and another with the Lade team ukbc wheels.
Worse injury?
Too many to name one! Fractured cheek bone, broken arms, double elbows, twisted knees...I once got a small stone lodged in my knee cap that hurt like hell. haha.
most accomplished moment?
I would say just roller blading as a whole, travelling and meeting people being part of an amazing sport.
What music do you skate to?
I mainly listen to oldschool hip hop and a lot of jazz. I love skating to old jazz: Stan, Getz, Miles Davies... All the classics.
I perfer to skate to very chilled music to keep my cool -hahaha. And if I need a boost, I have my Wutang and Mobb deep styles, mainly underground East Coast hip hop. If I'm skating a park, I like to roll to old school jungle as well. It all depends on the mood I'm in and the weather.

Do you prefer street or park?
Street, as I kinda suck at park -hahah. To be honest I do enjoy parks when winter rolls around; it's somthing new to skate and learn.
What other hobbies do you have?
I love drawing. If I'm not out skating, in my free time I'll be at home listening to some music with my pen and pencils -hahahah.
All time favourite skate video?
This is a tough one again... too many great skate flicks! All the mind games, the b-uniqe flicks, video grooves, hyphys... Yeah, too many -hahaha! and so many good vid's dropping as well yeah to much good stuff out there.
How do you feel about the current blading industry?
I feel that if you love blading then you gonna roll regardless of the industry.
Who do you skate with and where?
I mainly skate around Yorkshire (York, Bradford, Leeds, Hull and Scarbrough) with everyone and anyone.
But I mostly skate with Rich Breeds and Mark Binge, the OMG boys and the Leeds crew.

What is the blading scene like in your local area?
It's pretty good actually at the moment, it's growing and more people are back out skating which is great! Leeds has always had a big student scene which has been great for growing up and skating here. Meeting new skaters that come up to study from other cities and rolling with them. So the scene has always been up and down but I have always had a good few friends that have always represented. You know who you are! Hahaha
Favourite skate park?
hahaha haven't found one yet.
Favourite wheel design by lade?
The team blacks 59mm.
